FNB *****ing my money
It looks like FNB has debited my account without my authorisation.
I made some FOREX transactions 2 months ago and today I got hit with 2 ********** charges of R447.72 with reference numbers like this: ZBD FX IBIAQ00987 SD3GR....
Based on this review: https://www.hellopeter.com/first-national-bank/reviews/zbd-fx-ibi5l02534-sd3grzrqp8ej7 ********** 453 it appears to be FNB itself **********ly debiting my account.
What is this transaction and why was I never informed about it? I paid the amount quoted when I did the forex transaction. If this is not resolved immediately I will be forced to consult my lawyer about laying legal charges against FNB.
