FNB *****ing MY money

I transferred EUR5000 from my Dutch account into my South African account. When I did the transfer I chose the option of the banks splitting the costs. My Dutch bank deducted EUR10 fees (approx R130/135 at the mo).<br> FNB firstly quoted me online R12,87, whereas the going exchange rate that I googled is R13,13 PLUS I was charged R323 or so commission!!! Then I phoned and got a better rate via \the dealers"(whatever that means) of R12"
