FNB *****ING MY HARD EARNED MONEY

Good Day Yesterday the 20th December 2018 an amount of R7000 was transferred from my cheque account to The fnb loan account,when I contacted them(FNB) I was told that my loan is in arrears and therefore they took R7000 from my account,no communication between myself and FNB was concluded,no payment arrangement was concluded either,how can the BIGGEST bank in South Africa just take funds from my account without notifying me,If this is what FNB is about, then I wouldn't advise people to join them, I will however be seeking legal help to sort out this pathetic situation Marco Antonie
