FNB *****ing money through unallocated 'charges'

So I made a Forex/Global payment with my FNB account. Checked the FNB Fees Structure for prices and saw ONE charge applicable to sending money abroad. So I made the payment and paid the maximum charge as indicated, R650. So a few days after making the payment I was charged another fee for this same payment. I queried it with FNB and asked to show proof of where this other charge/fee is mentioned in the Fees Structure document. Needless to say FNB couldn't pinpoint me to that information and merely tried to 'explain' the extra charge.

The second amount charged can still not be justified according to FNB's Fees Structure found on their website.
