FNB *****ING MONEY THROUGH PENDING ORDERS
WARNING FNB *****ING MONEY THROUGH PENDING ORDERS I have been having a serious issue regarding FNB, FNB is now dealing in ***** with pending orders....for the past two months I have noticed that FNB'S pending orders are now affecting my available balance.....eg, you have R200 in your account, you pay for gas worth R100.00 now traditionally on your balance you still have R200 since the money has been reserved for the purchase of Gas and hasn't cleared yet ,and on your available balance it should show that you have R100 left.....now we all know that money left in your available balance is money that is yours and doesn't have any debt on it, any transnational fees should have been done when the transaction was made, now remember the gas purchase on your account is still a pending order that hasn't cleared and should take a few days to clear.....now lets say with the R100 you have left you decide to use the remaining R100 to buy a pizza and now that purchase too becomes a pending order, now on your balance it will still show R200 since the two pending orders havent cleared yet and your available balance is now R0....so you dont have anymore money....this is how it use to work in the past and should be..now here comes the ********** bit....when those two orders finally clear this may take a few days even to a full week or 2.....but once they do....all of sudden your "available" balance is now affected in a negative way and not by a small amount, I have had instances where it can be up to -R100 to -R150.....is FNB telling me that their transnational fees are now on pending orders and not done when the transaction is done? and even so that's very expensive transnational fees, and iv'e looked everywhere there is nowhere that FNB charges in this many....so the conclusion is that FNB is **********ly taking more money out of my account through these pending orders, I have contacted FNB and they said they would investigate, but till this day I haven't received any feedback, they can't tell me why this is happening.....even today on the 21 of March 2018 I have had an sms come in saying my account is in excess....A few weeks ago I took the bulk of my money out my main account wanted to see if I left a little money in my account and did a little bit of purchases what would the outcome be.....yesterday I had R14 on balance and available balance...this means that this money that belongs to me and should hold no debt with it, Today in the early hours of the morning I got a message saying that my account is in excess.....and to my surprise my account is -R45.00, sooo how is this possible? where did my R14.00 go and why am i owing -R45.00....?.....this is complete *****....and by the way FNB charges for accounts that are in excess.....FNB is *****ing our money, I have many cases where people are reporting the same thing and I will not be a victim of *****, ....this disgusting behavior, I recommend if you have an FNB account to check what they are doing regarding your transactions , transnational fees and pending orders, If you are experiencing this i recommend you close that account...This is just another way banks are placing people into debt. If you have a large amount of money you wont notice the ********** activity on your account unless you make big purchases so contact your account as-well, and by the way you wont be able to track this activity through your statement...that's another shady area......In the past 6 Years with FNB I have never experienced this....and I am just really ****ed off and disgusted by them....Please be vigilant, Don't just trust any big company cause you think they trusty worthy, those very same big companies are run by people who can make mistakes.
