Fnb *****ing money of unemployed mom
I have a FNB CREDIT Card that’s in arrears. I’ve been unemployed since end March - I informed the bank and sent documentation. In April I made a payment arrangement of R1000 per month as I’m claiming UIF. I honored the arrangement. In May a consultant phoned me, I told them I’m awaiting UIF funds - ( I have a text message from FNB confirming the arrangement) funds were paid in later on 3rd June, R8500. IMMEDIATELY FNB took R6192.18 to the credit card account. I made countless calls and emails no monies were reversed. Bear in mind it’s my only income it’s my UIF money. In June I made another arrangement as advised by FNB legal to do it with TSL Legal, saying that my account won’t be debited when I have an arrangement in place and honour it. I made the arrangement again, got it in writing , for 25th July at R1000. Today my UIF funds were paid of R6195.80 AGAIN FNB took R3560.00. I made 17 phone calls and two follow up emails with no resolution and being cut off constantly. Being sent from pillar to post. I want MY MONEY back !
