Fnb *****ing money from the poor!

Good Day, I logged a complaint on here on 01 April 2021. Monies were refunded to me however this is not the full monies owed to me by FNB, no one has called me since the funds were transferred from FNB Life to my account. Please rectify the amounts that need to be refunded to me asap as i cannot keep holding on for hours on end waiting for FNB to tell me "its been escalated". I am owed monies from FNB from 01 November 2020 to 31 March 2021! Refunding me R13000 does not come close to how much FNB owes me! Should I not receive a call I am going to the ombudsman. Pathetic service from FNB.
