FNB *****ing money from clients in the name of pledging

It has been over 6 weeks of calling FNB ***** department to get them to release my pledged funds into my business account. I even went into a multiple branches to verify the source of funds. No one seems to know what to do or how to do it. I don’t understand how you can pledge money that’s not yours or money which was not reported. Please release my money ASAP so I can withdraw it and close my account. And if not done soon, I’ll have to escalate the matter. No one is above the law. I am tired of the poor customer service at FNB.
