FNB *****ING MONEY DISGUISED AS BANK CHARGES

I check my bank account today (21/11/2020) to find that FNB charged for a bounced debit order. This is very surprising to me as all my debit orders are on the first of every month. The R150 does not have any details as to which amount bounced that trigger this fee. Also this R150 is nowhere on the pricing guide effective 1 July 2020. The only charges for insufficient funds is R8.50 per POS transaction (meaning I would have had to had made 17 odd plus POS transactions). Debit orders, the first 3 are free, 4 and 5 are R25 each and from 6 going forward is R110 so I would have had to have 6 or more debit orders that failed which is impossible since I only have 5 debit orders on my account! FNB BLATANTLY *****S MONEY AND THEN JUSTIFIES IT AS BANK CHARGES BUT THOSE CHARGES ARE NOT ON THE PRICING GUIDE
