FNB *****ing money.

Me and my friend to out a credit card on her name FNB has deducted more and more out of her account. We have tired on so many occasions to confront the bank without no luck. We went to a branch no luck we tried calling no luck but yet the bank is taking our money everything month. Please be careful with FNB credit department.
