FNB *****ing money by deducting Penalties for debit dates not agreed upon

A year later and I still have the same problem with FNB deducting my Sim of R399 on the wrong date. Just got contacted now again and they are refusing to pay back the penalties on my account for failed debit orders. This after I have requested them to change it to be on the 25th of each month. Just got told that the system automatically changed it without my approval or knowledge to the 21st of each month. Very Poor service. Your slogan "how can we help you", should rother be "how can we ***** your hard-earned money"
