FNB *****ing Money and SSM Branch

2 weeks FNb downgrades my account without my consent or even asking me, and then charging me for it, now after days of fighting, the finally change it back, and charge me an account fee again. 3 monthly account fees in one week. They are *****ing money. stay away.

Spoke to Neil from the Somerset Mall branch and he assured me that nothing extra will go off when he changed it back for me. another lie FNB Somerset Mall is the worst branch at FNB.

I got a reply saying they will get back to me, no feedback after *****ing my money. Opening a ******** case. They are ********, please move away
