Fnb *****ing money

I have never or will I ever give permission to take money off my account for road side ****! I have cancelled it in person I have cancelled it on the phone I have even e-mailed and they are still taking my money. I want my money back. I never want this from dbn and dbn keep activating my account every time I cancell it. Now they are ignoring my emails.
