Fnb *****ing money

After setting up a debit order for a student loan over 8 months ago. I today was shocked to see just under R6500 deducted from my account. Without warning. No im pretty sure that this is against the law when u have a standing debit order to pay back a loan. Spending 1 hour on the phone gettin through to nobody that could help I finally got to the debartment (loans) who could maybe assist. Only to be told \ systems are down I SHOULR CONTACT THEM"WHAT. A disgrace. U ***** funds from cleints accounts. Have contact numbers that never answer and then expect us to call to resolve their issue. And I bet Fnb will respond with a complaint has been logged!! Disgrace Fnb. Third time this has happened in 8 months"""
