Fnb *****ing money

I have been calling since last week, it takes over a hour to get through to somebody and when you eventually do they either transfer you or drop the call. The President announced a drop on the interest rate twice already and FNB had not changed the home loan rate which is *******. Somebody needs to call me immediately because this is unacceptable and unconstitutional.
