FNB *****ing Hard earned Money
For the past 2 years a strange debit order has been going off from my wife's FNB Bank Account. As we are working abroad we can not just pop into FNB to get this resolved. After a lot of calls and emails they told us that we have to cancel the debit order with the company in question. But how do you cancel a debit order when you don't even know who the company is debiting your account? This month again a Debit order for R2000 went of, after I opened the transaction I saw the Following, EMMES ***, Absa Bureau Services 1 User. The other one going off her account is D Dynamix and Absa(softycomp Cc ) , now please tell me when we will be getting back the money that was ****** from my wife's account!?
