FNB *****ING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS

I am an FNB client. I use your ewallet service to pay my staff. I find it absolutely flabagasting, shocking and thieving what I am about to tell you. When I send an ewallet for R120, the recipient is only able to draw R100. Likewise, if I send R185, the recipient can only draw R150. Why is it then, that I am able to send R185 if the recipient can only draw in denominations of R100 or R50? I have lost over R500 before being told about this by one of my staff members. This means that my R500 is lost in circulation, I didn't get the money back whch couldn't be drawn, and the recipient of the e-wallet didn't get the amount either. Due to your faulty system, I am sure that there is over R1 million lost in circulation, which you have ****** from your own customers. I want my money back, which your stupid system has ****** from me, without you even being aware of the odd amounts lost in circulation. This is theiving and *****ing, I suggest that when someone tries to send R185 through an FNB ewallet, your system needs to give an error "only denominations of R100 or R50" YOU ARE *****ING, AND CONTINUE *****ING MILLIONS AND MILLIONS WITHOUT PEOPLE KNOWING.
