FNB *****ing from their clients !!!!

Last month early 25th FNB tried to deduct my savings amount from my main bank account. As I haven't been paid yet the transaction failed and I was charged R8.50 - BUT my pay was in my bank account later that same day. I went to FNB in Upington and they put me through to a call centre that said they been having technical difficulties and that the R8.50 would be returned to my account - THIS WAS NOT DONE.

This month exactly the same happened with another R8.50 charged to my account. Just imagine if FNB ***** R8.50 every month from thousands of clients, just how much money they rob their clients. SHAME ON YOU FNB !!!!
