FNB *****ING FROM POOR

Good day

I need your urgent help.

My name is Linda. My grandmother was working for Hluleka nature Reserve in Hluleka Ngqeleni. She retired in 2011 Septmeber and she received her Pension fund in 2012. Her money was transferred to FNB as she is the FNB customer.

She withdrew some of the funds in 2012 and she left the balance with the hope that she will use it for rainy days.

To her surprise when she went to the bank in 2015 June she was told that there is no money is her account. She went to FNB in Umtata branch to be specific. Which is a blue lie because she never took the whole amount.. She went to the branch the following month she was told the same thing. She again went to FNB being the old lady that she is hoping to hear something different as she knew very well that she didn’t the take the full amount that she working hard for.. when she asked the tellers to give her the bank statement as proof that she didn’t use the money, they refused to give her the bank statement for the previous year’s saying that it’s gonna take them time to do that.. Question that I have what is FNB paying them to do if they can’t help a client with such a simple request.

I am so angry right now that my 66 year old grandmother has to go through such trauma of her life. What happened to mercy in this world? Is FNB that desperate to ***** from senior poor black citizens? This is disgusting and pathetic.

Someone please get back to me ASAP. This has to be resolved now. Would you be pleased to see your own parents crying tears because of people’s negligence, people who don’t want to do what they are being hired to do, or is it FNB promoting theft? Or should I say employees *****ing money from the company’ customers?
