FNB *****ing from customers

This is the second time I'm experiencing problem with FNB regarding my cheque account.I just don't understand why is charging R91 for #ITEM UNPAID NO FUNDS 00 while I had funds my account.This is so frustrating and disgusting.FNB is *****ing from their own customers.
