FNB *****ing Clients Money Little by Little

Once again FNB deducted money left, right and center from my account without warning or explaining what its for and I would like each cent of it back.

You offered me an upgraded account without anyone explaining that when it will be activated and cancelled that it monies will be deducted from my account for monthly acc fee and value added serv fee (6th March, 5th March and 24th Feb).

I have logged a complaint but to date not one representative from FNB has contacted me advise how I will get my monies back - AND I WANT IT BACK. FNB COMES WITH THEIR BULL**** STORIES TIME AND AGAIN AND I AM SICK OF IT.

FNB customer services - do not reply or phone me unless you can tell me when I can receive my money back. YOU GUYS ARE WASTING MY TIME AND WORKING ON MY LAST NERVE. AND STOP FREAKEN EXPLAINING YOUR BULL**** STORIES TO ME WHICH I AM NOT INTERESTED IN. UNLESS IT IS ABOUT MY MONEY THEN WE CAN TALK, IF ANYTHING ELSE DO NOT BOTHER TO PHONE BECAUSE I WILL BE DROPPING THE PHONE IN YOUR EAR.

To date I have not seen my money being transfer back intk my account. Unexplained amounts being taken by FNB. Should I not receive it back in ky account today I will take it to the media as I know that there are millions of people who get ****** by FNB on a daily basis. It is time to expose the banks because it is okay for them to ***** from South Africans. This time FNB went to far and so I will take it upon me to go as far as writing a lettle to Parliament. I just had enough of banks thinking its right to take when no one took the time to once mention the implications to us of changing bank cards. Like I said, should I not receive my money today I will take the tme to publish my stort on social media sites, give this story to Carte Blanche, ***us, Sabc News, and write a lettle to parliament. This time you have gone to far bull****ting me.
