FNB *****ING CLIENTS MONEY

Utter nonsense, Since when doesnt FNB record transactions on your statement, on Tuesday i was refunded an amount of R3500 from a store and it was put back on my card at the premises, i have the customer slip where it shows the refund was done, today i called FNB to find out where is the money it still doesnt reflect on my statement, i get told "how much was your balance before the transaction" i told her that i dont go onto my account for every time i purchase something, then i get told by FNB it happens that the transaction will not show on my statement or any indication that the money came into my account so basically i was told that the money is in my account but it doenst show on black n white.. *** that is FNB way of *****ing customers money, try another scheme,, since when does FNB not record transactions on customers transaction history, day light *******, if thats the case that the money went into my account but not showing on my history, i will go to the Ombudsman
