FNB *****ing again

PATHETICC! A few days ago, my mom went shopping, her payments wrote reserved. Meaning the money wasn't paid to FNB but they deducted from her account. 2 days later it deducted the same amount. We've been trying to reverse it but every agent tell us we''re not understanding it. HOW?!!! By the way it happens every month.
