FNB *****ing additional fees for forex transactions
It looks like FNB has debited my account without my authorisation.
I made a FOREX transaction 1.5 months ago and today I get hit with * ********** charges of R251.76 with narrative of the transaction like this: Feds Fxfedzbd Txn Fxfedzbd Txn
What is this transaction and why was I never informed about it? I paid the amount quoted when I did the forex transaction and it has a proper invoice with the amount transferred and the charges for it. I want the bank to immediately refund me back the amount. If this is not resolved immediately I will be forced to report to Ombudsman and consult my lawyer about laying legal charges against FNB.
