FNB Statements you pay to download them yourself.

Terrible service from Nokubongwa! I went on the FNB scure chat on my app and asked for assistance in Statements as I have done previously and the person who assisted me then could help me and did so with a smile! This person did not even have manners, after asking questions they just dropped the chat! Is this how you treat customers FNB? I have my business and personal accounts at FNB almost 8years and this is the level of service you provide these days ? I need statements and not going to pay ridiocoulous amounts for something that I donwload myself. Last year a consultant sent me lots of statements free , I don't need them to be stamped or anything. YOu have done this in the past and helped me so nice and now this person who does not even have the decency to answer anything and takes ages to respond to simple questions! Not sure why you charge to download statements what are our bank charges for monthly.
