FNB statements wrongly in Afrikaans and they won't assist changing them

I helped my mom open up her fnb account while back. She needs to 6 months bank statements for visa application to visit me, however when she went to download them they were all in Afrikaans, we both tried contacting FNB to change this, this can't be done on fnp or fnb online. but I was told (via fnb online chat to banker) tha my mom needs to go into the nearest branch to change this, also only new financial statements will then take effect, my mom did go into her nearest branch and was told to call a number? I also aksed fnb online chat to banker why it was in Afrikaans in the first place. she mentioned that "the language on the statement is normally set by the customer when they are asked for a preferred language and the state Afrikaans instead of English". As mentioned I was with my mom at the FNB branch when helping her open an account and we did not opt for Afrikaans statements, we are english speaking. This is now very stressful since in less than a week I still don't have financial statement in English for visa application appointment happening in a week. My mom and I have contacted FNB multiple times online and in person for a small ask to fix the issue of her financial statements being only in Afrikaans, something we did not ask her for. If FNB would just assist, but instead they sit behind weird rules and 'system' excuses.
