FNB STATEMENTS NOT RECEIVED

It is very sad that someone needs to struggle with the Service you are paying for, so much. FNB has last sent me a Statement on email on the 4th of May 2021, now I am in a situation where I need Statements for August 2021 till February 2022, but can only receive those now by requesting it on the App, but it is clear that I will have to Pay for those, which I am not willing to do. I want to know from them what are they going to do about it as the Bank Fees I am paying is already Cutting my Throat. They are always very sorry for inconvenience caused on the App, but I need results.
