FNB State of disaster

I really cant deal with this *********** people and bank called FNB, I'M GETTING SMS's from HP Attorneys threatening me without knowing why. I have a personal loan with this Sh&t bank yes i had arrears in the past but guess what i dont have anymore after being a good citizen who made a payment arrangement and stuck to it. Please explain to me why the...i'm still getting sms's from the attorneys? stop being stupid and help a client out here please.
