Fnb starving clients

My account got blocked due to FICA , I sent docs through and they sent me an odd form to complete , I am unemployed and 2 weeks back started a online sales business to try generate income , I had my sales paid into the only fnb account I have that isn't in the minus, but my account was blocked so I desperately need to unblock my account....so I complete the odd form, on it i select proceeds from own business ....my own bank who I bank with who has aceess to all my details who has blocked my account ask me for bank statements , I explained I don't have anything reflecting any movement of funds because I only started 2 weeks ago and my first bit of sales are unaccessible because my account is blocked , they want business reg docs, or a business account , I again explain its a small online thing I just started how can I provide the info they request when the mist I've made is R200 thus far , I explained I am unemployed and trying a means to an end to survive any way I can but I can't if I can't access my funds , they then tell me I must get a form declaring allowances and gifts from someone , have them complete and send it back, I requested for the form ,several times to be sent to me .....but nothing......I don't get hand outs or gifts from father Christmas let alone any1 else in this cruel world but yet I'll get someone to complete the form so I can gain access to my funds so I can eat , for 2 weeks I've been battling to get this matter resolved and all I get is a run around , no one ever calls back or responds to my email requests unless I phone the call centre and still nothing is being done , so here I am I've completed odd forms about 8 times , sent bank statements as they requested sent proof of address , copy of I l.d. so many times but still its not good enough, Im stuck unemployed and trapped unable to even earn a small odd so I can eat because fnb don't cater for clients that may have lost their employment because fnb believes that even if ure unemployed someone out there will gift me or hand me an allowance because father xmass isn't performing , especially seeing as allot of people lost their jobs due to covid 19 , now how many of those people were like me , who now need access to their banking account to receive some money just to survive but can't because fnb are bias against people who are unemployed , so if I became a street vendor selling loose smokes and needed my account to have a couple rands paid into it from selling a carton , I could have the funds sent to my fnb account but fnb will restrict me access to my funds because I'm not wealthy enough for their class or caliber to be privileged enough to makes use of their bank anymore but they'll hold my money whilst I starve no problems and make it so difficult to FICA the account had I known this I would have rather hung myself that sit looking at my banking app at the little money I managed to make to get me started again only not to be allowed to utilise this money because of *********** departments withing fnb who cant implement procedures to accommodate the unemployed who can't provide pay slips , who don't have random gifters blessing them or even business reg docs or business accounts for their small start up enterprise that currently yields R200 every 2 weeks ......but they will take ur money no problems
