Fnb starting to suck

Ive registered my new bussiness thru fnb bussiness whic was easy and quick they opened my bussiness account quick and easy but there service to activate the account is very bad since i received my carda i am struggling everyday with agents that dont know what they are doing come with different stories i had to contact them everyday witn no accounnt activated at all. So they callede yesterday said i must sign one document and promised thhe account wil be active but empty promises COME ON FNB U ARE LOOSING MY TRUST
