FNB Starting to be useless
I am writing this with greatest dismay and disappointment with regards to FNB's services. I am in actual facts feel like a fool for choosing anything to do with this bank and their *********** consultants which have no regard for their customer. 1) I hired a car with Hertz on the 22 of December 2018 and returned the car on the 28th of February 2018. I then made a claim for my deposit to be paid back onto my account which Hertz confirmed on a written communication that such action was taken and the money was released. To this FNB has failed to either adequately explain what happened to my missing R 2495.00 or reflect the funds into my account. I called a good number of times with assistance and also went to the Port Elizabeth FNB Main branch which left me disappointed to say the list. The consultant was not only *********** but he lacked knowledge of FNB process and his colleagues were not much help also. I then lodge a complaint to FNB which I received a one line response with no explanation as to why my funds are missing they just reflected that R 733.00 was paid back into my account. No I really feel like I am being conned here or I am just a statics in the ****** banking system which is mainly designed for African? 2) Today I visited the FNB for another service to reactivate my already existing business bank account. to say the list the consultant (lupho form PE Greenacres Branch) was so distracted and she couldnt wait to chase me away so that she can assist her friend or whoever was waiting for her. On top of that I called FNB contact center which informed that I need to visit my nearest branch for this particular which I did. Last week I visted the branch just find out which documents I need to have and if it possible for them to assist and One very helpful gentlemen assistant me and told me I just need to come back with the same documents and a stamped proof of address so that I may be assisted. When I went today Lupho blatantly asked if I have a secured contract before she can look at my documents, also she wont be able to assist much as her branch manager is not available and then she chase me to the phone again. I informed her that I 've already called and I was told to come to the branch which I did and the branc confirmed that I can assisted.
She ignored this and chase me away from her desk.
I am very ****ed with her services, as I am working to the services industry I know that is not how to treat a client or pontential client. The lack of compassion from Lupho was very puzzling which left me no choice but to go Absa bank to try and open my business account with them. Now on your educated opinion who in hell will be able to give a contract to starting business with no bank account or this is just another seclusion method that FNB is using? In your right sense of mind how do you expect other business to give contacts to a business that doesnt have a bank account?
