FNB stands for *****ulent National Bank

Even after claiming that the issue is going to be escalated they still have not responded to my query. FNB is *********** and only wants our money so they can stay afloat, to hell with what the clients think or our well being. I’m still waiting to be refunded the so called Express item fee, which they billed me ********ly and failed to explain what it’s for. As well as their poor customer services which by the way kept me waiting for over a week now.
