FNB STANDS FOR FRUSTRATION, NEGLEGENCE & BULL S...

Started complaints with FNB 25 Aug but still only empty promisses from their useless customer "care". Promted to enter OTP which is then never sent. Clicked on send OTP again, enter it only to see ots the wrong OTP. Then find 3 OTP's SMS'ed. Then access is blocked. Next day's sms said account & cards will be blocked. Same story with not recieving OTP in SMS again!!!

App says payment unsucesfull. Try again. Next day found both went through causing limit exceeded with unpaid fees...ruining credit record.
