FNB standards are worse then ever................

I was approved for a an account and credit card upgrade via the banking app, did everything and got the paper work but now where does it say that I or my husband had to sign and this was last week Monday 28/03 and then only on Friday 01/04 after I do the leg work and phone credit card applications do they inform me that Its suppose to be signed and re submitted. I did that on Friday and till today still no feedback. I'm loosing out on E-buck as my accounts don't match. This is why I'm considering removing all and looking at other banks, you cant make you problems the clients problems and don't make promises that you can keep. See if you can sort this out!!!!!!!
