FNB staff very friendly to do business with.
I went to FNB Table Bay here in Cape Town, to upgrade my account. The lady I dealt with (Joan), was soo helpful. She sorted everything out for me. "Going the extra mile". She was friendly and very happy to help. I hope my future bank visits will be this pleasant.
