FNB staff undermines people especially us Black people.

I Went to the FNB branch in campus square today, I was treated in an inhuman man. The consultant who was helping me sold me the funeral cover which I refused to take and after my refusal he was just busy with WhatsApp not paying attention to what I was saying as if I was a fool, he just couldn't wait to get rid of me. I ask to call the cash investment centre, there too I got a consultant who was just not willing to listen when I talk he was interrupting me without understanding me or giving me a chance to talk, when I asked him to give me a chance to talk so we can be clear he just hung up the phone I was left talking all. FNB staff is just so unprofessional, no respect for customers. Once it's 15:00 it's as if all they care about is to get home, customers annoy them. They don't care whether you are help or not. I have accompanied friends to other banks like Nedbank they were treated with respect and as human. I am so hurt by the treatment, I was always for FNB but today they showed me that am nothing.
