FNB staff shouting at clients!

I am trying to open an FNB Business bank account and an FNB representative just **shouted** at me over the phone!! I have been with FNB for years and have never had any employee of FNB treat me like this before. Careful if you have to deal with Zane Osman (***) from FNB, he is extremely rude, gives very short, abrupt answers to questions, and does not sound like he really wants to be there or help customers. Still do not have a business account...
