FNB staff member goes the extra mile
<p>When applying for a One account the staff member I was dealing with responded with an offer from FNB tat was good but would not resolve the issue at hand. He then went the extra mile to speak to the FNB credit team to find another solution for the query and came back to me with a much more suitable loan. I really wanted to thank Rishan Kulfath for going the extra mile...</p>
