FNB Staff lacks professionalism..embarrassing

Trying to get through to FNB on the first week of the year is impossible. Before they even listen to you they press the transfer button!! Disgusted that I could even hear that the staff is busy with their own personal things while I’m on the line. Now I’m prompted to rate the call and no one assisted me 2 hrs later after holding the line
