Fnb staff knows nothing of their job

FNB staff at head office really know how to **** clients off no one at ***** answers their phones they have put my account on hold for the third time regarding the same issue cause someone woke up from the rock they lived under for the same issue fnb please get proper trained staff to know exactly what is happening
