Fnb staff is unprofessional.

DARREN REF NO RW*** was the gentleman who refused to help at FNB over the telephone and refused to assist me. The query I have and I'm not being assisted I transfered money from by business account into my inactive credit card account and nobody seems to be able to assist all I get is people hanging up on me. I am at the Springs branch and fnb staff hang up on me and are ill informed about my issue and I'm being sent from pillar to post. Calling from ***
