FNB STAFF IS PATHETIC ON ANOTHER LEVEL!
STAFF ENABLING *****ULENT ACTIVITIES & UNDERWRITES THE POLICY TO SUIT THERE OPINIONS.
This is a formal and aggressive complaint regarding First National Bank’s (FNB) gross negligence, failure to adhere to banking protocols, and the unprofessional conduct of its staff.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, I have been met with incompetence and blatant dishonesty.
1. Total Failure of Mandate Verification FNB has allowed multiple debits to bypass the De*****eck system without a valid mandate.
The Fact: There is no record of an electronic or physical mandate for these transactions.
The Negligence: Your staff insists the transactions are "correct" yet are unable to produce a shred of evidence or a signed mandate when requested.
Penalised with excessive unpaid fees for transactions I never authorised.
*********** and Deceptive Staff Conduct The behavior of the consulting staff has been nothing short of predatory.
Staff members treat serious financial disputes as "favors" or acts of "goodwill," behaving as if they are doing a friend a kindness rather than fulfilling a contractual and legal obligation.
Misleading Information: I have been **** to repeatedly. Your employees are ignoring visible, suspicious activity that points directly to *****, choosing instead to "bully" the client into submission.
Lack of Training: It is clear your front-line staff are not adequately trained to understand banking regulations or the technicalities of mandate history. They attempt to "act smart" while lacking the basic qualifications to investigate a dispute.
Bad Faith Dispute Resolution The internal "investigation" process is a farce.
Case Handling: Despite specifying contact times, cases are closed within minutes without a phone call or a resolution.
Deflection: Asking the client for "proof as motivation" when the bank as the custodian of the funds holds the burden of proof regarding valid mandates is a direct violation of banking practice.
The "Apology" Loop: Empty apologies are being used as a shield to avoid taking corrective action. An apology does not refund ****** money or reversed fees.
