FNB Staff doesn't know their own InContact Number

After numerous e-mails sent to your company, i will now kindly make a public request! I receive numerous phone calls from angry FNB customers who are given the wrong number / being transferred to the InContact contact number ( BY FNB STAFF!!).<br> FNB's InContact number is *** and NOT *** ( which belongs to Finbond Mutual Bank)!! Please inform your branches and staff as your clients are fighting with us because of they are being given the wrong information.<br> <br> Thank you.
