FNB Staff cannot take instructions

I was Hijacked last week Wednesday and my phone was taken . I called in to have my online profile deactivated just in case they try to access my bank account . I then went to the sunninghill branch to have my account reactivated and the lady took my finger prints and did everything she had to do . Reason I went in on a weekend is because I usually don't have time to do anything during the week . I've tried logging in now and my account isn't activated ! . I call in to FNB's "premier" banking call center and nobody want's to take responsibility ! I have been transferred through to more then 5 people from the ***** team , Online banking and nobody seems to be taking any responsibility ! The only people I remember speaking to are Nthabiseng Phuti and Robyn-Lee De Gama who have also been of no assistance .

I'm now sitting with interest implications if my payment is not done today and I can't step out of the office to do something that was not done as I instructed when I went into the branch .

FNB seems to pride itself in giving people "premier" accounts when the service is still sub standard and not up to scratch . The people FNB hires seem to not take responsibility and always try putting you through to the next department. I can do anything from the comfort of my own home with another bank. I will be posting this on twitter as well.
