December 2023 I closed my business I had a FNB credit card, which was over drawn, I made an arrangement to settle the outstanding debt and In February 2024, I submitted a letter to Portia Nobel as per her request to close the accounts, this was acknowledged by her at the time. As the Credit card was overdrawn I was not able to use this card from December 2023 until it was closed, no transactions happened. In April 2024 I was sent a statement for this credit card, I sent the statement onto Portia Nobel who put me in touch with someone else and nothing was done, then in May there was another statement sent, this time it showed transactions made on the credit card?? how could this be when the account was closed? This again I brought to the attention of Portia Nobel and I received a reply stating that she would investigate?? Nothing was done!! Yesterday I received a call from attorneys to tell me the account had been handed over for collection? *********** FNB staff!
