FNB Spying on its clients
I am not happy.. every time i want to do any form of transaction on my banking app, it asks for my location...... this is infringing on my privacy and it is spying on me

26 Feb 2021, 14:37Just a matter of interest, they did contact me and said that it is for security and or ********** reasons, I asked for an example.. but was told that they cannot divulge as it is confidential ..this does not make sense to me ..if a person robs you of your cellphone and demands your code.. the idiot will not then send your monies to his bank account.. I am affronted by FNB asking me for my location.. when on the internet and browsing..i never reveal my location to anyone.. why must I then give FNB permission to spy on me? Am I wrong? Am I missing something here... or just plain paranoid

26 Feb 2021, 14:39P.S. I asked if I can disable the feature..I was told that they cannot do it...but apps etc can be rewritten and coded with a feature that will give permissions and or not
