FNB SPRINGS MALL BRANCH SUCKS

I went to FNB Springs Mall branch to make use of the ATM to do a deposit, however guess what! My money got swollen by the ATM.... I asked for someone inside the bank for help and they made me fill out an ATM claim form, so they can do an investigation to retrieve my money. What's surprising and more upsetting is the ATM was giving problems for the day with two more customers before who had the same experience. My problem is; why can't they fix the ATM than to wait for 3 customers to complain about the same ATM for them to attend to it? I'm upset on how this is being handled since it was not my problem that the ATM was not working. Until now the issue has not being resolved. I was heckled out of the branch for wanting them to resolve the matter. ALL I CAN SAY FNB SPRINGS MALL SUCKS!!!!!
