My father gets ill, and I take over his affairs, FNB phones him about an outstanding merchant account about a speedpoint. Since we took over his company, there has not been a speedpoint. There might have been one in the past, so I request a statement so that we can settle his outstanding affairs. I explain to the lady on the phone, and she says she will get back to me. Gonna let you hang in suspense and guess what happens..... NOTHING! Fast-forward a couple of months, near month end getting ready to buy stock and lo and behold a debit order goes off with some cryptic numbers, it's merchant services, and they just took the money, and left me with no month end stock.
