Fnb spesial discount

I got a sms from fnb and said i get spesial discount and the msg was addresed to me and then i asked the attornys about it and then they said The sms was sent to you incorrectly,so then i asked them can they please explain to me how is that it was sent to me incorrectly as it was addresed to me. Then they say its a system error. So i was wondering how many people have the same issue
