FNB Speedpoints Pathetic! A definitely no go.

Fnb speed point is a no go. Fnb doesn't give a damn about small businesses. Machine stopped working on month end. I called them at 1pm. Promised to be here at 4. No once came. Called again. Thry said they've escalated it. And someone should call anytime. Nothing still. Called at 5. They said i should wait open till 6.30pm someone would come. I waited till almost 7pm. Called back. They told me my request has been closed ! Made me a fool! The guys name who messed me around was Morne. Morne is the reasons I'm applying for standard bank speed points. Done with FNB
